Day 29 (4)

On Sunday to jumpstart getting back to healthy eating this week we did the optional Smoothie Fasting Day in revised 17 Day Diet book. So it was three smoothies- breakfast, lunch & dinner -and nothing else.  Was nice to actually recognize stomach growling hunger rather than just eating for comfort, and the smoothies are fairly filling & yummy so wasn't too bad. Only documented lunch & dinner prep.
