Monday was another Monday where I didn’t take any pictures. So I tried to remember something I had done that was new and took a screenshot to recapture moment... In,the morning I followed a 10 min Guided Meditation - Mindful Breathing for Finding Calm & Ease by my guru Tara Brach. Trying to jump on the midfulness bandwagon with 10 - 15 min once or twice a day. I tried one of her 25 min ones last week and dozed off in the middle. Best to do those sitting up!
